No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a service is completed (such as haircuts, makeup, spa treatments), we do not offer refunds.

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a correction or complimentary service (at our discretion).

Appointment Cancellations:

24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of advance payment.

2. Products (if applicable)

Eligibility for Return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products

Items purchased on sale or part of a promotion

Personal hygiene or cosmetic items (due to health reasons)

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Online Payments

If you paid online for a service or product and cancel within the allowed window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Online convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
